“ Really lovely coffee shop. It was the first time there. I was visiting a friend at KU Med and she wanted an iced Matcha. It was perfect. Everyone was very sweet there. Their pastries look delicious. I gave them to my friend so I wasn’t able to taste them. Nice couch area to sit. you can also see them making the coffee. It’s like a brewery kind of set up except for coffee. Very close to KU Med. ”
“ Nice coffee and atmosphere! I got a minty matcha cold foam, cappuccino and ham and cheese croissant. All delicious! Got a pretty cute design on my cappuccino as well! Will visit again! “ First and foremost if you are like me, and like a coffee shop WITH food, I want you to know the quiche and cinnamon rolls here are BOMB! I was having a hard time finding out if this place actually had food or not, but they do and it’s awesome. They have a meat and vegetarian quiche as well! I got an ice matcha and my husband got a hot cappuccino and both of our drinks were amazing. I couldn’t believe how hot the cappuccino was! My iced matcha was definitely one of the best ones I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is super cute as well and not too loud- which I really appriciate. They also roast their own beans and you can park in the back through the main seating area to see them at work! We also spent 23 for the two quiches, giant cinnamon roll, and two drinks! I will definitely be coming back! ”
“ We hosted a baby shower at Sway. The venue was great for our group of 35! We set up food and coffee in the front roon and moved to the back room, where the venue operators opened the garage doors for some nice bright light. The venue is roomy, clean and the hostesses via McLains were wonderful! ”
“ Gem of a coffee shop in Kansas City - great atmosphere, a fantastic Chai, limited amount of seating, beautiful design. Food: ordered an iced Chai. Refreshing and bright taste. No complaints! Service: the staff was very friendly and kind. Helped me navigate their menu, as well as answer questions about their merch. Atmosphere: modern yet cozy vibes. Great place to sit and work or sit and chat; however, there is limited seating and we had to wait to find an open table. I can see why people would want to come here and why they’re busy! Parking: very limited parking. Only 6-7 spaces in front of the store. A few 5 minute parking spots. We had to park on a neighborhood street a block away. ”

“ Sway coffee just opened today! I live in the neighborhood so it really nice to have a place walking distance. I tried their pour over coffee with the Guatemalan beans. It’s very good and they have a few other variations of coffee styles too. I didn’t try the food but they had some sweets available for purchase. Overall, they did a really good job setting up the place and decorating it (modern chic theme) they also have some good coffee and food available. ”
